Crystal worked as one of our founders trusted right hand for several years where their mutual respect and team-focused leadership created a dynamic combination.

She is a writer, avid book reader, and lover of travel. She also owns an online paper & bookish boutique called Periphery Mill—specializing in unique greeting card lines. During her free time, you will usually find her with her husband Dan, their children, beloved Cane Corso, Nero and Great Dane beauty, Cleo, or unearthing precious moments with the strong females in her life. Crystal's love of music is centered around indie and alternative rock and among her favorite artists are Manchester Orchestra, Julien Baker, Mumford & Sons, Snow Patrol, and The Airborne Toxic Event.
